1. Basic Refund Guidelines

Refunds are provided only for bookings that meet our cancellation conditions.

All approved refunds are sent back using the same payment method used during booking.

Certain services like hotels, boat rides, or local activities may follow separate rules set by third-party vendors, which will apply in those cases.
2. Tour Package Cancellations
2.1 When You Cancel a Tour

More than 48 hours before the tour start
→ Full refund (payment gateway charges, if any, will be deducted) -
Between 24 and 48 hours before the tour
→ 50% refund -
Less than 24 hours before the tour
→ No refund -
Not arriving on the tour day (No-Show)
→ No refund
2.2 Customized & Premium Tour Packages
Tours designed specially for you—such as private experiences, luxury transport, photography tours, or special arrangements—may have stricter cancellation rules.

Refunds depend on whether third-party partners (hotels, drivers, boat owners) agree to issue a refund.

In some cases, these bookings may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
3. Hotel Booking Refund Policy
Hotel reservations are governed by the individual hotel’s cancellation policy.
Common rules followed by most hotels:

Up to 48 hours before check-in → Refund may be available

Less than 48 hours before check-in → No refund

Early check-out → No refund for unused nights
Any advance amount paid to hotels or agents is non-refundable unless the hotel itself releases the refund.
4. Boat Ride Cancellation Rules
Boat rides depend heavily on timing, river conditions, and weather.
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

24 hours before the ride → 50% refund

Less than 24 hours → No refund
Cancellation by Us (Weather / Safety Reasons):
If a ride is canceled due to safety concerns or bad weather:

You may reschedule the ride, or

Choose a full (100%) refund
5. Airport Pickup & Drop Services

More than 4 hours before pickup time → Full refund

2 to 4 hours before pickup → 50% refund

Less than 2 hours or no-show → No refund
6. Wrong or Duplicate Payments
If you accidentally make an extra or incorrect payment:

Inform us within 24 hours

Share valid payment proof
After verification, the extra amount will be refunded.
7. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Given
Refunds will not be applicable in cases such as:

Missing a tour due to late arrival

Requesting changes after the service has already started

Leaving a tour midway due to personal reasons

Bookings during peak festival periods (unless stated otherwise)

Non-refundable services booked from third parties on your behalf
8. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund is approved:

Bank transfers: 4–7 working days

International cards: 7–14 working days
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
